1No. Sharp MX-M350/351 (35CPM) Photocopy machines for ILorin Office.

TENDER REQUIREMENTS

Interested bidders must satisfy the following minimum requirements:

a] Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission [CAC]
b] Certified True Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
c] Last three years of Company’s Audited Accounts
d] Last three years Tax Clearance Certificate
e] Evidence of financial capability to execute the project
f] Bank reference from reputable Bank
g] Copies of Certified Financial Statement of the Company for the last  three  months.
h] Any other relevant information/documentation to enhance the  company’s  application.
i] Evidence to show fulfillment of Company’s obligations with respect  to pensions.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS

The tender must be submitted on or before two weeks from the date of advert securely bound and enclosed in a sealed envelope that is marked at top right-hand corner “TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF 2NO. PHOTOCOPY MACHINES”   and addressed to:

Abuja, Nigeria.

Submission of tender by post or courier will not be accepted.  Tenderers are expected to sign a register before dropping their tenders in the tender box on the second floor of the above address.  Any tender/document submitted after the closing date and time specified above stands automatically disqualified.

OPENING OF TENDERS

Opening of tenders shall be at 5.00pm on the date of closure of submission.  The names of the successful tenderer shall be posted on NDIC notice board at its Head Office and the Corporation’s website.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

i] Failure to satisfactorily fulfill the conditions as requested above will  result  to invalidation of such tender.
Ii] Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation [NDIC] shall reserve the right to  verify the authenticity of claim[s] made by the tenderers.
Iii] Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation [NDIC] shall reserve the right  to reject any submission based on unverifiable information.
